Providing site work, construction management, and project management, McCarty Associates is like three companies in one.

Our site work includes everything needed to prepare a site for construction, such as excavation, grading, roadbed preparation, and utility installation. Our services include:

• Site clearing, demolition, recycling, and disposal
• Excavation, grading, and earth work
• Stormwater drainage, erosion control, and retention ponds
• Roadbed preparation, curbing, and gutters
• Road construction including asphalt. paving, resurfacing, seal coating and striping
• Site utility work including electrical, water, and sewer lines

Our fleet consists entirely of late-model trucks and excavation equipment, significantly reducing downtime due to maintenance and repair. We use the latest surveying equipment and in-house computer-aided design to ensure the most accurate, reliable measurements and layouts – no guesswork or “close enough” measurements that may cause permitting and other headaches down the road.
